Group mourns late Lagos monarch

Awori Welfare Association of Nigeria has mourned the death of the Osolo of Isolo Kingdom in Lagos State, Oba Kabiru Agbabiaka.
The leader of the group, Chief Mohammed Olagbaye, led the group, in a condolence visit to the royal family on Monday to commiserate with the family.
In the entourage were Senator Idiat Adebule, Otunba Ojora-Adejiyan, Prof. Jelili Atiku, Princess Sarah Sosan, Princess Orelope-Adefulire, Alhaji Kazeem Alabi Labaika, Chief Ojolowo, Mrs. Sade Fijagbde, Mrs. Bola Alese-Apena, Prince Niyi Jafojo, Oye Ojo, Muritala Gbadamosi and Mrs. Bola Alese-Apena.
Olagbaju paid tribute to the passing away of the monarch, describing him as a passionate, steadfast, courageous leader, who was committed to the Awori people.
He stated that Oba Agbabiaka served the state loyally as the secretary of the Council of Traditional Rulers, saying that he died at the time his services were needed most.
