VIDEO: Police officers caught on camera accepting free fuel from black market seller

A shocking video has surfaced online showing two unidentified police officers allegedly collecting free fuel from a black market seller without paying.
The incident was captured by an eyewitness who recorded the exchange from a distance.
The footage shows the police officers, riding a motorcycle, pulling up to the black market seller. The seller then proceeds to fill up their tank, unaware that they are being recorded.
After the officers depart, the eyewitness approaches the seller and asks if they paid for the fuel. The seller responds, “No, they never pay. That’s how they’ve been doing it every day. Sometimes they take 2-3 liters.”
