Inuwa mourns father of Gombe NBA chairman, Sati Mai Samari

Gombe State Governor, Alhaji Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya has conveyed his heartfelt condolences to the Chairman of the Nigeria Bar Association ( NBA), Barrister Benjamin Sati over the demise of his father, ASP Sati Mai Samari (Rtd) who died, Tuesday at the age of 70 years.
Governor Inuwa, in a message of condolence, described the late retired police officer and community leader as an upright man who left behind a legacy of service, discipline and dedication.
He recalled his outstanding service to the nation, especially when he served with diligence as OC Cooperatives in the NPF.
The Governor noted, “As the father of the Gombe NBA Chairman, his influence and guidance undoubtedly contributed to Barr. Sati’s accomplishments and commitment to justice and the rule of law”.
He extended his condolences to other members of the Mai Samari family and the Gwandum community in Shongom Local Government over the huge loss, praying Almighty God to repose the soul of the deceased, and grant those he left behind, the fortitude to bear the great loss.
