Govrnor Radda excited as Zainab Musawa emerges Nigeria’s best Commissioner

Katsina State Governor, Malam Dikko Umaru Radda extended heartfelt congratulations to Hon. Zainab Musa Musawa on her well-deserved recognition as Nigeria’s Best Commissioner at the prestigious National Leadership Awards.
The award, presented by the People’s Parliament Nigeria in collaboration with Leadership Awards Ltd, marks another milestone in Hon. Musawa’s exemplary public service career. This national recognition, from an institution with a 22-year legacy of excellence, further validates her earlier distinction as Katsina State’s Best Commissioner for 2023/2024.
Governor Radda notes that this national accolade authenticates the credibility of Hon. Musawa previous state-level recognition and underscores the exceptional quality of leadership in her administration.
“Hon. Musawa’s achievement at the national level reinforces our confidence in her capabilities and justifies our earlier recognition of her outstanding performance,” the Governor stated.
Currently serving as the Commissioner for Basic and Secondary Education, Hon. Musawa continues to drive transformative change. Her focused approach to improving basic education, addressing the challenge of out-of-school children, and enhancing teachers’ welfare and capacity development has already begun yielding positive results.
“Hon. Musawa exemplifies the kind of innovative, dedicated leadership that our administration strives to cultivate,” Governor Radda emphasized. “Her consecutive awards, both at state and national levels, reflect not just personal achievement but the progressive direction of our government in Katsina State.”
The Governor charged Hon. Musawa to continue trailing the path of excellence throughout her years in public service.
