Breaking: Supreme Court dismisses suit to remove Tinubu

The Supreme Court has dismissed a lawsuit filed by Ambrose Owuru, the presidential candidate of the Hope Democratic Party (HDP), seeking to unseat President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
The apex court also imposed a N5 million fine on Owuru for what it described as a frivolous legal action.
In a decisive ruling, the court instructed its Registry to reject any further frivolous originating summons from Owuru, signaling its stance against the misuse of judicial processes.
This marks a significant victory for President Tinubu, as the court’s decision reinforces the legitimacy of his presidency amidst ongoing political challenges.
