Ebuka Matthew Igbokwe, known professionally as Hotbillz, has emerged as a rising star in the Afro-pop/Soul music scene, captivating audiences with his infectious blend of melodies and relatable themes.
His journey to prominence began with the release of his hit single “Good Life,” featuring Nigerian singer Byno, which achieved viral status on various platforms, including micro-platform Mobile app in early 2020.
Establishing his label imprint, Hotbillz Empire Limited, in October 2017, Hotbillz demonstrated not only his musical talent but also his entrepreneurial spirit. Despite singing about hypothetical scenarios, his music resonates with listeners due to its infectious melodies and charismatic delivery.
Following the success of “Good Life,” Hotbillz continued to showcase his creative prowess with the release of “SE JEJE” featuring Late Mohbad in 2021, produced by Josh Keyngz. This track further solidified his position in the industry, showcasing his growth and artistic stability.
