Ex-President Buhari condoles Villa Imam over mother’s demise

Former President Muhammadu Buhari has joined the Chief Imam of the Aso Rock presidential Villa, Sheikh Abdulwahid Sulaiman in mourning the demise of his mother, Hajiya Fatima Abubakar Sulaiman who died and was buried at age 101 in Kaduna on Monday.
The former president, in a statement signed by his media aide, Malam Garba Shehu, said the late Hajiya Fatima was a simple and extraordinary person whose life of sacrifice and commitment to family shaped the character and personality of the State House Imam, who he described as neat and punctual.
He prayed for the repose of the soul of the deceased and for strength and fortitude to the Imam and his family over the loss.
