Paul Pogba has been captivated by his intelligence. The Frenchman, who will sign a professional contract with Monaco again after serving his doping ban, lavished praise on the Spaniard.

“What impresses me most about him is that he has a football IQ beyond his years. He always does the right thing. Doing that at his age is crazy. He’s cool on the pitch, he’s nailing it,” said the French international on Kun Aguero’s podcast.

The Argentinian also spoke about the young Barcelona star: “Lamine Yamal plays for the team and doesn’t care if he scores more or fewer goals. He provides many assists and is always a player who creates chances.”
