Again! Tinubu blasts Atiku over economic proposals

The 2023 presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar, has been criticized for his economic proposals.
President Bola Tinubu in a statement signed by his Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, described the proposal as “grand illusions and fantasies”
The statement accuses Atiku of failing to understand Nigeria’s economic realities and promoting outdated and unrealistic solutions.
Atiku’s 5-point agenda, unveiled during his presidential campaign, aimed to restore Nigeria’s unity, rebuild the economy, tackle insecurity, and provide qualitative education. However, Onanuga’s statement argues that these plans lack originality and would not effectively address the country’s challenges.
