APC commends Buhari for rejecting El-Rufai’s political sojourn in SDP

The All Progressives Congress (APC) has commended former President Muhammadu Buhari for reaffirming his loyalty to the party.
In a statement, Buhari said, “I am an APC member, and I like to be addressed as such. I will try to popularize the party by all means.”
This comes after Nasir El-Rufai, former governor of Kaduna State, claimed that Buhari supported his decision to leave the APC for the Social Democratic Party (SDP).
The APC has praised Buhari for distancing himself from El-Rufai’s claims and for his commitment to the party. Felix Morka, National Publicity Secretary of the APC, urged party members to emulate Buhari’s example of loyalty and commitment.
Buhari’s reaffirmation of loyalty has also been commended by Reno Omokri, a former presidential aide, who noted that it contradicts El-Rufai’s claim and exposes his attempt to mislead the public.
