APC mourns Vietnamese party leader Nguyen Phu Trong

The All Progressives Congress (APC) has expressed its condolences to the government and people of Vietnam over the passing of Nguyen Phu Trong, the Secretary General of the ruling Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV).
