Bobrisky sues VeryDarkMan, demands ₦1 billion over alleged defamation

Controversial Nigerian crossdresser, Idris Okuneye, popularly known as Bobrisky, has taken legal action against social media influencer Martins Vincent Otse, also known as VeryDarkMan.
In a lawsuit document shared online, Bobrisky is seeking ₦1 billion in damages, accusing VeryDarkMan of defamation and tarnishing his reputation. The crossdresser alleges that VeryDarkMan shared an audio recording, purportedly created using Artificial Intelligence (AI), which has negatively impacted his public image.
Bobrisky’s legal team has issued a 24-hour ultimatum to VeryDarkMan, demanding a retraction of the statements and a public apology. Failure to comply could result in further legal consequences, according to the lawsuit.
This legal battle follows a series of controversies between Bobrisky and VeryDarkMan, with both parties engaging in back-and-forth accusations on social media, drawing significant public attention.
