Hardship: Businessman laments over unscrupulous practices in Nigeria [VIDEO]

A frustrated businessman has spoken out against the unscrupulous practices of some traders in Nigeria, who take advantage of high demand to hike prices arbitrarily.
He narrated a personal experience where the price of spaghetti packs was suddenly increased from 18,500/18,700 to 19,500, simply because a large crowd had gathered to make purchases.
The businessman expressed his dismay, questioning how such practices could be blamed on politicians. “We’re the ones doing ourselves in this country,” he lamented. He pointed out that it was the same truckload of goods being sold, yet the price was inflated due to the presence of a crowd.

The businessman’s frustration is palpable as he considers selling his own goods at an even higher price of 27,000, citing “if they can do it, why can’t I?”
