Joe Igbokwe declares Tinubu unstoppable ahead of 2027 presidential election

Prominent chieftain of the All Progressive Congress (APC), Joe Igbokwe, has declared that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu (PBAT) is on course for a successful second term, urging those eyeing the 2027 presidential election to study his political journey and influence.
In a Facebook post, Igbokwe detailed Tinubu’s extensive political history, from his early days with Mobil Nigeria to his tenure as a senator and an eight-year stint as the Governor of Lagos State. He emphasized Tinubu’s critical role in the formation of major political parties, including the Social Democratic Party (SDP), Alliance for Democracy (AD), Action Congress (AC), Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN), and ultimately, the All Progressives Congress (APC).
According to Igbokwe, Tinubu spent over 25 years preparing for the presidency, strategically building alliances, supporting various presidential candidates—including Atiku Abubakar, Nuhu Ribadu, and Muhammadu Buhari—and investing significant resources in Nigeria’s political landscape. He argued that no Nigerian, regardless of region, matches Tinubu’s influence in mentoring and empowering people across the country.
Dismissing notions that Tinubu might struggle in office or fail to secure re-election, Igbokwe insisted that the president is set to reposition, grow, restructure, and reform Nigeria. He advised political opponents to conduct thorough research and SWOT analyses before underestimating Tinubu’s capacity.
