Junior Pope: AGN suspends movies in riverine area, boat riding

Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN) has suspended all movies involving riverine areas and boat riding across the country.
This decision was reached after the demise of actor, Junior Pope, who drowned while returning from a movie set.
In a statement released, the AGN President, Emeka Rollas, also barred all actors from featuring in any movie produced by Adamma Luke.
Adamma is the producer of the movie that actor Junior Pope was featuring in before his untimely death.
Late Jnr Pope and four other crew members were riding on a boat leaving the movie location when they were involved in an accident on Wednesday, April 10.
The actor and one other crew member identified as Friday have been confirmed dead.
The bodies of three others are yet to be found.
The guild also announced that there will be no shoot on movie locations worldwide on Thursday, April 10.
The movie by which was produced by Adamma Luke ‘The Other Side Of Life’ before the demise of the actor has now been suspended till further notice.
