Man undergoes surgery to remove manhood, gets vag¡na
A man identified as Lewin Wertheimer has undergone a vaginoplasty.
Vaginoplasty is a surgical procedure during which surgeons remove the penis and testicles and create a functional vagina.
In the series of his posts which are going viral on X, formerly Twitter, Lewin, who is suspected to be gay said he underwent to get pu$$y.
He said “I just got my new pu$$y!!! Here I am holding my balls with my husband and my nicely wrapped up and protected pu$$y!!”
