Peter Obi ‘ll defeat Tinubu in 2027 election – Kazaure

The former spokesperson for the Obi-Datti campaign, Nana Kazaure, has said that the presidential candidate of the Labour Party in the 2023 elections, Peter Obi, can defeat President Bola Tinubu in 2027.
According to Kazaure, more Nigerian youths are supporting Obi at the moment due to Tinubu’s current performance in government.
She made this known in an interview with our correspondent while asserting that Obi’s popularity has grown within a year.
“Peter Obi is the one that youths want. We even have more youths now supporting Obi especially as they are more disappointed with this government than before,” Kazaure said.
Speaking about the internal wrangling in the Labour Party, Kazaure said the former Anambra State governor could bank on the independent candidacy bill if it was passed before the next general election to win.
“If that is made available in Nigeria, I think it will be okay for Peter Obi. The National Assembly has been talking about an independent candidacy that could allow the participation of Nigerians in the electoral process without belonging to a political party,” she added.
