PSC gets new police commissioners


Police Service Commission (PSC) has announced new leadership appointments in six state police commands across Nigeria.
CP Shettima Mohammed will now oversee the Nasarawa State Command, while CP Rabiu Mohammed takes charge of the Kaduna State Command.
CP Adepoju Adewale will lead the Rivers State Command, and CP Mohammed Azare has been assigned to the Akwa Ibom State Command.
CP Wilfred Afolabi is set to head the Ondo State Command, and CP Joseph Eribo, previously in Akwa Ibom, will now serve in Ekiti State.
These appointments were made in line with efforts to strengthen security across the nation.
The Police Service Commission has expressed confidence in the new appointees’ ability to enhance public safety and support national stability.
