Tragedy strikes as bandits launch deadly attack in FCT

A devastating attack was carried out by bandits on the Ushafa community in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) on Thursday night, leaving a trail of destruction and despair.
The incident occurred in Zone A, where a man identified as Mr. Felix Chuks was fatally shot, and his entire family was abducted.
Eyewitnesses described the chaotic scene, recounting how locals attempted to contact vigilantes for assistance but were unable to reach them due to the intense gunfire. The motive behind Mr. Chuks’ killing is still unclear, but sources suggest that he may have resisted the bandits, leading to his tragic demise.
This is not the first time the Ushafa community has been targeted by bandits. A similar incident occurred a few months ago, resulting in the death of a man and the abduction of his pregnant wife and children. Unfortunately, no arrests have been made in connection with the previous attack, leaving the community in a state of fear and uncertainty.
The FCT police have yet to comment on the latest development, leaving many questions unanswered. The community is still reeling from the shock of the attack, and residents are demanding justice and increased security measures to prevent such incidents in the future.
