Yahaya Bello requests Abuja court to transfer ‘N80.2bn fraud’ case to Kogi

During a court hearing on Thursday, Yahaya Bello’s counsel, Adeola Adedipe, argued that since the alleged offense was committed in Kogi State, it is logical and just that the case be tried in the same state, and not in a Federal High Court in Abuja.
