AC Milan eye Real Madrid legend Luka Modric

AC Milan are dreaming about the possibility of signing Croatian Luka Modric.
The midfielder, who will finish his time at Madrid after the Club World Cup, is looking for a team in view of his presence at the 2026 World Cup and the ‘Rossoneri’ are among the options.
Milan have already wiped the slate clean after a more than irregular season. The ‘Rossoneri’ are already focused on reinforcing the squad and Igli Tare, the new sporting director of the club, has on his shortlist the Madrid player Luka Modric.
That is what Fabrizio Romano, an eminence in market matters, has reported, pointing out that the Croatian is a dream that the Albanian manager has. In fact, his name is the one that has been mentioned the most in the first internal conversations.
From the Italian team they are working on several options, but the option of signing Modric seems to be gaining strength. However, the aforementioned source indicates that the most decorated player in Madrid’s history has more proposals on the table.
The 39-year-old from Zadar, whose goal is to play in the next World Cup, is in no hurry to choose a new destination. For the time being, the Madrid legend is ready to face the Club World Cup, the last tournament in which he will compete with the ‘Merengues’ shirt.
