FCT command of NCoS gets new Controller

The Nigerian Correctional Service (NCoS) has appointed a new Controller, Mr Olatubosun Ajibogun to head its Federal Capital Territory (FCT) command.
This is contained in a statement by the FCT command, Public Relations Officer (PRO) Samson Duza on Wednesday in Abuja.
Duza said that Ajibogun, a seasoned correctional service officer, had taken over the reins from his predecessor, Ibrahim Usman, who has been redeployed to Zone ‘R’ Maiduguri as Acting Zonal Coordinator.
During the handing-over ceremony, the former controller, Usman praised the personnel of the FCT Command for their dedication and hard work.
Usman expressed confidence that the incoming Controller would take the command to greater heights.
In his response, Ajibogun thanked God for his new appointment and sought the cooperation of his predecessor to succeed in his new role.
He also pledged to work closely with the officers of the command to overcome challenges and take the command to greater heights.
Ajibogun, however, declared zero tolerance for indiscipline and unprofessional conduct among officers, stressing the need for discipline and professionalism in the discharge of their duties.
Until his deployment, Ajibogun was in charge of Planning, Research, and Statistics at the NCoS headquarters in Abuja
