Madueke hails Palmer as Chelsea Conference League hero

Noni Madueke has hailed Cole Palmer as Chelsea’s key player, praising his decisive performance in the second-half comeback against Real Betis in the UEFA Conference League final.
Noni Madueke was full of praise for his teammate Cole Palmer after Chelsea’s victory over Real Betis in the UEFA Conference League final.
The England international was instrumental in the team’s second-half comeback in Poland. “He’s the one, he’s the truth,” Madueke responded when asked about Palmer’s performance.
Madueke highlighted Palmer’s ability to pop up at key moments and lead the team when they need him most. “When we need him to be there, he’s there. Like a lot of us he had a quiet first half, but then the way he springs into life… I’m super happy for him, super proud for him as well.”
Madueke’s recognition highlights the impact Palmer has had on the squad throughout the season. The young Englishman has had an up and down season but his performances in the Premier League and after the group stage in the Conference League have been pivotal for Chelsea.
