We’ll settle in ring, Joshua fires back at Fury

Anthony Joshua, the British-Nigerian boxer, has fueled speculation about a potential showdown with Tyson Fury by engaging in a verbal spar with his long-time rival.
Joshua has pledged to throw Fury’s own verbal jabs back in his face when they meet in the ring, turning the Gypsy King’s bravado into a motivating force.
He revealed in a recent interview that he carefully catalogues each slight and barb from Fury, mentally storing them away to draw strength and motivation from the insults when the two finally face off.
“This is one of my rivals, this is someone I want to compete with one day,” Joshua growled in a video on YouTube when asked what he felt about being called a sausage by Fury.
“Everything he says I store it in my memory and when the fight happens I want to use it as fuel,” he added.
The towering 6ft 6in champ, who once held the IBF, WBA, WBO, and IBO heavyweight titles, is back amongst the boxing elite after a terrible defeat to Andy Ruiz. Following a better 12-round rematch against Ruiz, Joshua has since bounced back in style, despite failing twice against the latest heavyweight champion Oleksandr Usyk.
Since then, Joshua has racked up three consecutive impressive victories, notably defeating Francis Ngannou, a former MMA star from Cameroon and fellow African. As he gears up for a highly anticipated showdown with Tyson Fury, Joshua’s calm and calculated response to Fury’s verbal jabs sends a clear message to the Gypsy King.
Joshua, renowned for his typically calm and collected nature, has surprisingly unleashed a fiery verbal salvo, sending shockwaves through the boxing world and leaving fans eager to see if anyone will dare to engage in a war of words with the usually unflappable superstar.
