Atiku celebrates ex-VP Namadi Sambo at 70
Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar has rolled out drums to celebrate his successor in office, Namadi Sambo as he clocks 70.
In a post on his official Facebook page on Saturday, Atiku wrote: “I felicitate with my friend and brother, former Vice President Namadi Sambo, GCON, on his 70th birthday anniversary.
“His notable attainments as a leader and elder statesman make him highly recommended as a worthy role model.
“The leadership he continues to provide is a guiding light for which the country is eternally grateful.
“On behalf of my family, I pray to Almighty Allah to grant him more years of service to the country and humanity.
“Congratulations, and happy birthday, Your Excellency. -AA”
