UCL: Real Madrid announce squad for derby against Atletico

Real Madrid announced the list of called-up players for the first leg of the Champions League round of 16 against Atlético.

Fede Valverde returns after several games out through injury.

Real Madrid will be able to count on Fede Valverde for the first of the two Champions League derbies.

The Uruguayan, who had missed the last few games through injury, has been included in the squad.

Carlo Ancelotti has already announced that, if he is called up for the game, he will start at right-back. In this way, he will return in full fitness to be in the eleven against Atlético Madrid.

Ancelotti will not be able to count on Jude Bellingham for the game. The Englishman is suspended due to an accumulation of yellow cards and will not be available at the Santiago Bernabeu.
